Local and accountable
We live and work in the markets we serve, and our reputation here is the only marketing that will ever matter to us.
We are a commercial cleaning company serving Greater Charlotte and Upstate South Carolina, built to be small, careful, and genuinely accountable for the buildings we take on.
Northloom Facility Services is a locally owned commercial cleaning company serving businesses across Greater Charlotte and Upstate South Carolina. We handle recurring janitorial work, periodic floor and carpet restoration, specialty facilities, and one-time projects.
The owner is personally involved in every account we take — walking the building, writing the scope, training the crew on that specific space, and inspecting the work. That is not a marketing line about "hands-on leadership." It is the operating model, and it is the reason we grow deliberately instead of taking every contract we can win.
When something is wrong, you call one number and reach the person who can fix it that night. Most of our competitors cannot say that honestly. We can.
We live and work in the markets we serve, and our reputation here is the only marketing that will ever matter to us.
No generic checklist. Every account gets a scope written for that specific space, and whoever cleans it is trained on that scope before the first night.
Call or text the owner directly. No portal, no account rep three states away, no waiting until Monday.
The difference between a cleaning vendor and a facility partner is whether anyone is thinking about your building when they are not standing in it.
Restrooms, floors, glass, trash, supplies, the corners nobody looks at. If it is on the scope, it is ours — and if it should be on the scope and is not, we will tell you rather than quietly leaving it undone.
Carpet extraction, floor refinishing, high dusting, and window cleaning get scheduled on a calendar, not remembered after a client complains. You know what is coming and roughly when.
After hours, before open, weekends, or through a day porter. We fit the building's rhythm — patients, classes, shifts, or showings — instead of asking you to fit ours.
A price low enough to win the bid and too low to staff properly is how buildings end up dirty in month four. We quote what the work actually takes and we hold the price.
Quality complaints in this industry almost always trace back to the same root cause: nobody ever agreed in writing on what finished looks like. So we start there.
Every account gets a written scope listing each task and how often it is performed — approved by you before the first night, and revisited whenever your needs change.
We are building this business one building at a time, and we would rather fix something at 9pm than lose the account over it. If we miss something on your scope, point it out and we will correct it at no additional charge — no debate, no invoice.
Square footage, how many restrooms, and how often you need service. We will take it from there.
